健芝缘超临界流体萃取产业建筑面积8400多平方米，拥有5L、24L×2、300L×2超临界流体萃取设备各1套，设备有多种工艺可灵活调整，可进行直接萃取、夹带剂萃取、萃取一精馏、液体逆流萃取等。公司配套有原料、成品的常温、阴凉贮藏仓库，干燥、分选、粉碎车间和设备。超临界流体萃取车间安全按照良好生产规范（GMP）设计并严格按照GMP规范进行生产和管理，已通过药监局GMP认证、质量安全管理体系HACCP认证、食品生产QS认证及犹太洁净食品KOSHER认证。公司拥有研发、理化分析、微生物检测及精密仪器分析4个实验室，配套有各种常规分析仪器和Waters高效液相色谱、岛津分光光度计、折光仪、旋光仪、高速离心机等精密仪器，能实施原料、中间品及成品主要指标分析检测。

Healthwise’s supercritical fluid extraction industry has a building area of over 8400sq.m and is fully armed with equipment such as supercritical fluid extraction equipment with the extraction capacity of 5L, 24L×2 and 300L×2. All of which can be flexibly adjusted to meet various demands through direct, cosolvent, distillation, and liquid countercurrent extractions. The extraction workshop has obtained the Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and always strictly complies with its rules and instructions. Besides this, Healthwise boasts the HACCP Certificate, QS Certificate, and KOSHER Certificate. There are also 4 laboratories established for R&D, physical-chemical analysis, microbial detection, and precision instrument analysis. Supported by a variety of analytical instruments including water liquid chromatogram, Shimadzu spectrophotometer, refraction instrument, polarimeter, and the speedy centrifugal unit, it can verify the standard specification of raw material, semi-finished products and finished products.
